Founded in 1990 by David Bassion, DBA Technologies has a wealth of professional IT experience and industry know-how on staff. Several staff members have achieved various marks of excellence, including speaker positions at Entrepreneur magazine seminars and have been included in national trade publications such as PC Week.
About the Founder
David Bassion, owner and president of DBA Technologies, has more than 25 years of experience working with computer software, hardware and operating system platforms and languages and creating business solutions within a wide range of industries. David founded the company while acquiring his MCIS degree in Computer Science from Drexel University. David ingrained his personal business philosophy into the core values of DBA Technologies which is reflected in the company's mission.
A hard working and dedicated information technologies entrepreneur, David has been honored for his industry accomplishments. He has been selected by the City of Philadelphia and the U.S. Navy to design and develop a custom software application to be used to track the development of new business opportunities at the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard after its closure. David was inducted into the Smithsonian Institute Information Technology Innovation Collection for the development of the Children's Immunization Notification Computer Tracking System for the Crozer-Keystone Health System. He was also selected by the Department of Community and Economic Development and Governor Tom Ridge of Pennsylvania to receive the Pennsylvania Governor's Export Excellence Award for the DBA Technologies design of the copyrighted software program, TradeBoss.
David has also been continuously listed on the Who's Who Worldwide list, as well as the International Who's Who of Information Technology. In his spare time, David enjoys spending time with his family and coaching the Central Bucks South School District Track and Field Shot Put and Discus team.
